10 Plus Size Hygiene Products You Need!

I know that you like to keep it fresh, Fly Friends! I’ve put together a list of my favorite and most used hygiene products to help you do just that. I know that personal plus size hygiene can be a touchy subject with plus size babes because of the hurtful stereotypes we face. Just know that you are clean and serene and these products and I have your back. Fat does not mean gross. It does not mean unclean. In fact, my fat is sparkling clean!

Summer’s Eve Wipes

These are a must-have addition to your bathroom caddy! Summer’s Eve wipes are vaginal wipes approved for sensitive skin that remove odor-causing bacteria to clean and freshen your downstairs. They are ph balanced and have a slight clinically-safe scent to them. If you are ever feeling uncomfortable and need to freshen up, these are a lifesaver! If you are a sweaty bish like me, these are this is the perfect product for you! They’re like a little on-the-go shower. These body cleansing wipes are individually packaged so that you can keep them in your bag. The main ingredients are water and aloe vera which calms and soothes on top of smelling delightful. Dripsticks

Epilator for Plus Size Hygiene

An epilator is a hair removal device that is rechargeable and works kind of like waxing. You can use this anywhere on your bod and it will pull the hair out by the root. This method lasts weeks instead of days and is great for plus size babes like me who have PCOS and if you choose to/want to eliminate extra hair growth. If you don’t like getting waxes but want the same feel and effect, an epilator is a great tool for you.

Bidet

The all-amazing and powerful bidet! I’ve been talking about this beauty on Instagram for a hot minute. It had tons of different settings and can be added to any toilet. It has a pressurized stream of water that helps clean your downstairs, booty and all. Say goodbye to flushable wipes because this baby means business.

The Right Body Wash

Having the right body wash can make a huge difference in your plus size hygiene! I know there are tons of body washes that smell delicious, but sometimes they don’t actually make you feel clean after your shower and the scent fades after a few hours. I love minty tea tree-infused soaps like this one from Derma-nu. It’s antifungal and gives a tingly clean feeling. I’m also a big fan of the Summer’s Eve body wash because it is ph balanced and dermatologist and gynecologist tested.

Oral Care to Fight Bad Breath

Remember when charcoal toothpaste was all the rage? It was for good reason! Charcoal fights odor in a big way, so this toothpaste is great for bad breath!
