My Favorite Plus Size Clothing Stores for Size 26 and up

As I have gained weight and gone from a size 24 to 26 (thanks quarantine) I am realizing just how there are really no plus size women’s clothing stores for those of us that are above a size 24. All the boutiques and popular stores seem to stop at 3X or 24 and it is so dang frustrating. Every time I see a new retailer say “Size inclusive” or “plus size” but they stop at 3X I want to scream!
I thought to myself there have got to be other people out there who are going through the same thing. We just want clothes that are stylish and made for our bodies! Is that so much to ask!?
So here are my favorite plus size retailers who offer clothing size 26 and above:
Torrid
Torrid has been my favorite store for years and there are so many reasons why. Not only do they go up to size 30, their sales are amazing! I have their credit card and when I use it I get 5% off every purchase and I also accumulate rewards points that will get me $20 off a purchase. Torrid has a wide variety of styles and offerings which means you can get a wide variety of looks from one store!
Eloquii
I am fairly new to the Eloquii fan club but I am now a huge fan! Their pieces are so unique and special, you can’t find anything like it (in plus size) elsewhere. Their sizing goes up to 28 and the styles range from office chic to flirty and fun. This is the place to go for a statement staple piece that will make you stand out!
Universal Standard
Universal Standard has an amazing size range – they go all the way to size 40! This is the place to get your every day basics that will last you for years! Their pricing starts at around $50, but for a high quality piece that will be an everyday wardrobe staple, there’s no doubt it’s worth the price. They even promise that if your size shifts (up or down) they’ll replace your clothes for free. Any piece in the Fit Liberty collection is automatically eligible for a 1-year size swap, so buy today and never worry tomorrow.
SWAK Designs
Sealed With a Kiss (SWAK) goes up to a size 26 and offers some really cute and casual pieces. Their pricing starts around $25 and they are always having great sales! One of my favorite things about SWAK is they have partnered with Dress for Success – a nonprofit organization that provides professional attire and resources for women to thrive in work and in life.
Unique Vintage
This store has so many cute retro-inspired pieces and I am in love! Their sizing goes up to size 28 and their pieces range from dresses and petticoats to skirts and swimsuits. If you have ever wanted to dress up as a flapper, hoop skirt betty or a retro vixen Unique Vintage has you covered!
ModCloth
This retailer goes up to size 28 and offers some seriously cute pieces! I have found a lot of their clothes run big so you might even want to size down in some if the styles. They even have some adorable kitschy gifts and home goods to browse while you fill your cart. ModCloth is the place I go for my kitschy cute staple pieces!
eShakti
eShakti makes clothes to your size, height and style – they go up to 36W. The only clothing brand to do so. It is also about sustainability as there is no waste either. They don’t have any clothes left over at the end of the season as they only make what the customer orders. And you are more likely to find clothes that meet your size, height and style requirements and hence will have nothing that hangs unused in your closet.
CoEdition
